Payments
Anything bought straight of this site is kinda self explanatory and straight forward. You click buy, It sends money, I ship out your things!
Now, for commissions when it comes to payment.
I require a deposit.
For small and Medium pieces ($100 and under) a 20$ or 50% deposit upfront to book and hold your slot. This deposit is added in and counted to the sum total of the total price. * If your piece is quoted to be a 100$ and you deposit 20$ your final payment will be 80$ *
Half way through I will send you more progress shots, work with you on critique of the work and corrections to make sure its coming out just how ya want it. Upon confirmation of final direction, I'll finalize price and send you a quote, so you know what your final Payment will be upon completion.
For Larger or higher price pieces, (100$ and up) a 40$ deposit is required. I will send you sketches and work with you back and forth on how the composition will be, or body position ect. Once agreed upon, I will start working! Half way through I will send you more progress shots, work with you on critique of the work and corrections to make sure its coming out just how ya want it. Upon confirmation of final direction, I'll finalize price and send you a quote, so you know what your final Payment will be upon completion (or what minimum partial payment is due, and what the final bill will be). I encourage partial payments through out if your piece total is under 400$, but it is not Required. If your Piece total is going to be above 400$ as an end price, a partial payment (around the halfway mark) IS required.
*For rushed orders, depending on time frame: a $20 (for small pieces), 50$ Medium pieces, or 100$ For large pieces, fee will be added on.
I also take payment plans! For all sizes! As soon as your done making payments, and for every commission, once payment is paid in full, I will send you your piece! Digital will be emailed, and Physical will be shipped!

Cancellations
Cancellations on Commissions:
There are a lot of reasons cancellations can happen.
If you need to cancel for any reason, I understand and I will not argue or guilt you! I will ask why, cause I will naturally be curious and will love to know why, but you do not have to tell me anything, you can just leave it as "I just need to cancel "
If you need to cancel because:
** Unless I haven't even started sketches, then you get 100% back. **
The reason why I keep 50%. I'll be 100 transparent here. Time and supplies. Simply put.

Let me know! Maybe we can work something out! I can always delay payments a week, or a month or 2. Or Change it from a Colored piece to just a shaded piece, or line work only piece, which can lower the price, and maybe fit into your new budget! I'm Willing work with you! I'm human too... I get it, Life happens. - You don't like how its working out.
Weather its because my style just inst right, or I'm just not capturing your vision, or you had a friend pop up and offer to do it for less. Tell me. Please, be honest and tell me. I understand! Everyone has difference skills, specialties, and budgets. I'm not gonna be mad. I rather you not regret hiring me. - You don't know why you made this crazy decision and you just wish you hadn't....
I get it. It's you not me. I have ADHD and impulsive problems ALL THE TIME! I 100% understand! Please, be honest and just tell me!

Shipping and Delivery
USA
Shipping on Prints:
All orders on prints under 30$ will be processed and shipped within 3-4 business days. They shall be snail mailed. Envelop and some Stamps. It will get to you (on average) within 2 weeks. No there is no tracking number for this. I would have to charge you more for shipping.
If your prints don't show up after 2 weeks, contact me, and I will issue a refund, or if your ok with it, Mail you out another set of prints.
*this is only offered once per order due to no tracking. After a failed second attempt a refund will be offered*
All orders on prints over 30$ will have a tracking #. This is already calculated into prices. If your prints don't show up, contact me, and I will issue a refund, or if your ok with it, Mail you out another set of prints.
Shipping on Original pieces
All Original pieces will take up to 1 week to process to ship.
There will be a Tracking #, and insurance upon Art piece.
**There are a few pieces that state differently in description! Please make sure to read, if not the default policies apply. Some are VERY unique, and will require special shipping, that requires quoted prices and are subject to additional charges for shipping. Proof of additional Cost will be provide!
***In the event the additional charges can not be agreed upon, a full refund will be provided.
